지금은 세계 역사에서 중요한 때입니다.
저는 부흥이 다가오고 있으며,
하나님은 온 세계에 중보자들을 세우는 일에
매우 관심이 많으시다고 믿습니다.
이사야는 "내 집은 열방을 위해 기도하는 집이라
불리울 것이다"고 말했습니다.
수많은 사람들이 하나님의 나라로 거듭날 것인데,
하나님의 마음에서 나오는
다음과 같은 부르심을 듣게 될 것입니다.
"열방을 위하여 기도하는 '집'이 될
나의 사람들은 어디 있느냐?"
우리가 지금 응답하고
중보자로 훈련받고 세워지지 않는다면,
우리는 많은 영적인 아기들이
믿음으로 태어나긴 해도,
그들이 자라나도록 도와 주고
그들의 무너진 데를 막아설 사람들이 없다는
사실을 발견하게 될 것입니다.
우리는 각 열방들이 복음의 영광스런 빛 가운데로
나오기를 원하시는 하나님의 계획을
이루도록 돕는 데 실패하고 말 것입니다.
저는 하나님께서
"성 무너진 데를 막아서서 ... (중보)할 사람을 ...
찾다가 내가 얻지 못한 고로 ... "(겔 22:30)라고
말씀하지 않으시기를 기도합니다.

Yet now is a critical time in the history of our world. I believe that revival is coming, and that God is very much interested in raising up intercessors all over the earth. Isaiah says, "My house shall be called a house of prayer for all nations." I believe that many, many people are about to be birthed into the Kingdom of God and that we can hear a call from God's heart: "Where are those who will be 'houses' of prayer for all nations?" If we do not respond at this time and train and equip ourselves as intercessors, we will find that many babies are birthed into the faith with no one to stand in the gap for them to help them become mature. We will fail to help fulfill God's plans for nation after nation to come to the glorious light of the Gospel. I pray that God will not say of us, "I sought for a man ... who would stand in the gap ... but I found no won". Let's train for battle.
